Yes! First sunny AND warm day of the semester!!

So, as a native Missourian, I love the sun and the warmth! So, my sister and I were pretty excited when we stepped outside this morning and found it unusually warm for Rexburg. Our plan: dance around on our front porch while playing in our sidewalk chalk. What can I say? We're girls.

My advice for those taking a crazy amount of finals. Bring your food to my place and I'll cook it for you!

The closest to a pool party we can have today! This pool party is brought to you by Katrina Tefft!

Kat lying next to her masterpiece. Thumbs up!

The happiest you've ever been to be home! At least for the girls of Cedars apartments 10-13.

 Kat playing on my hopscotch.

Who has two thumbs and just spent a sunny afternoon on her porch drawing? THIS GIRL!! WOOT!

Me hopscotching while using an unused phone book for a stone. Odd, but it worked.

I'm my happiest on sunny days. It's virtually impossible to tick me off. It's nice.

 Our Easter-themed chalk. :)

Look at that wonderful blue sky! So gorgeous! Best color ever.

This picture was taken while I was lying on the porch like a cat and taking pictures upside down. Katrina was looking awkwardly around...as always. haha

What Tefft girls do when they're broken up with

So, instead of sitting around and crying, we Tefft girls have the tendency to get mad and destroy things whenever we get broken up with. This is a photographic record of how my sister, Katrina, reacted to her semi-breakup.

Some frosting got on my arm while Katrina was pounding away at the cake. In fact, frosting was everywhere. I licked it off my arm and the chair, and it was delightful.

Kat drew a few lovely designs in the mess she made. We just giggled and looked on.

The chair I licked.

Yes, she's faceplanting in this picture. And yes, it's freaking awesome!

Damage done after the first attack on the cake.

A little bit of frosting that crash-landed on the floor.

Frosting that stuck to the fridge. It was my personal favorite.

Look at how content she is. Cake smashing is zen for her.

Check out the raspberry unibrow and frosting mustache. My sister is so cool.

Enjoyment.

She placed the piece of cake so delicately and neatly upon the table before smashing the crap out of it.

Eating while face is still planted. She probably ate about half of the cake...

The action!

"Hot mess"

I hope you enjoyed this because we sure enjoyed participating in it. She's totally over it, now.

Poster

Staircase; 02/22/11, 2:34pm; Bannack, MT; f 8; 1/15; no flash.

I chose the staircase because it haunts my imagination every time I look at it. It's creepy, the shadows are amazing, the paint overlay adds that perfect finishing touch, and the door makes my stomach clench. That was a creepy house. This picture illustrates, for me, how it was to stand alone in that house and take that picture.

A day in the life of a boring girl.

So, I decided to document my Saturday through photographs. I'm pretty boring...but I enjoyed taking the photos. I really like the tree outside my window.
