London Calling.

So...I went to London a couple weeks ago, and I thought I'd share my pics with the Internet community. Hope you enjoy this psychedelic adventure!

I get a big kick out of this picture because I obviously wasn't ready. Hey, there's Big Ben in the background!

 Boats!

 Some...bridge. It was quite colorful!

These are the gates outside of Lindsay Buckingham Palace (that's how I remember it)!

I think this is my favorite picture in the whole collection. The lighting was so gorgeous, I hardly had to touch up in Photoshop (oops, let out a secret...).

 Beautiful Thames at dusk.

Here are a few pictures of the Eye...because it was big...and cool? Here's the London Eye:

Told you there would be a psychedelic adventure in store. Here it is.

Yep, I went there. This guy told me he wasn't willing to take a picture with an American directly before this picture was taken. Sigh.

It's a Sherlock Holmes friggin Pub! Isn't that sweet?!

 I'm in this picture.
(Katrina finds this picture immensely hilarious.)

Second favorite picture. The memory of London traffic makes me miss London...oddly enough, for the amount of times I thought my life was at stake (crazy London drivers...).
Stare at this baby for a few minutes and feel content.

Amen.

The Mother of All PhotoBlog Posts!

As a dateless Friday night activity, Katrina and I went for an adventure in downtown Idaho Falls, where we found many interesting things. I brought good ol' Gabe along to help show everyone else the interesting things we found.

I love the shape of the Red Lion Hotel, and seeing it through these trees made it look positively amazing.

I always take colorful liberties with my photos. Here's the IF water tower under a beautiful blue sky.

Doesn't this picture just make you want to smile? It does for me.

The glorious Red Lion Hotel. Lovely.

Geese! I really like the movement in this picture. They kept staring at me. I felt awkward.

 The Hide-Away.

The upper levels of this building looked like candy from the 70s. I loved it!

For some reason, I'm mesmerized by one way signs. Maybe it's because I've failed to notice a few in the past....Anyway, here are some more colorful liberties!

Try pronouncing it. Yeah, you sound like an idiot. At least, we did.

 Freaking. Creepy. Baby doll.

So, I'm a bit of an architecture nerd, so I love me a good building. Here is a good building. I love it.

Another thing I'm obsessed with: alleyways.

Hmmm...Blackfoot or Jackson? Jackson, please! Woot!

So, this is a horrible picture, but I swore these guys were going to come to life. Look at me!

Yep, you're seeing things right. Take a moment to take it all in.

I wanted to hug this building. So wonderful!

Another building I really loved. I also loved the fire escape/balcony thingy.

This is a bench we sat on for a few minutes. It was very colorful, but not smooth. This upset us.

Oh, my goodness. I love this alleyway. I was really creepy, but it was magical in its creepiness
.
 Sweet fire escape!...Batman!

Ah, I love this alleyway. <3

No, they don't. They need to be banned from ice cream, actually.

 Fire escape!

Sweet truck, man. Love the....flames. And stuff.

I am in love with this building. It's so beautifully dilapidated. I want it.

 I love big windows.

My love from the other side. Sigh. So wonderful.

Architecture from a long time ago. Still fun to look at.

I feel like I'm in paradise right where I'm standing at times. This was one of those times.

Yep. As Katrina would put it, "Rollin' like a big shot." Love the blue with the orange.

The lovely Katrina M. Tefft. Look at those eyes. Amazing.

Ok, this building was creepy altogether without the creepy sign (I took a leak in there earlier and thought I might get slaughtered mid-stream...it was scary).

The light and the leaves. I couldn't help myself. I took about 5 million photos of just this.

 Magical. Wonderful. Marvelous.

So dramatic. And the color was so vibrant, I didn't really have to do anything to touch up.

It's a masterpiece, I know. So much fun to look at!
